Commercial Cleaning Service Agreement and Policies:
In order to prevent misunderstanding or miscommunication, the following is the

Terms of Service that apply when hiring JB Maintenance

JB Maintenance is a quality professional commercial cleaning company that is fully insured and bonded.

​

Your Scheduled Cleanings: 

​

-We employ background checked- reliable, hard-working, and trustworthy cleaning technicians that are driven by our employee incentives and their desire to give the best possible service to our clients.

​

- We provide all cleaning equipment and basic cleaning supplies.

​

-Although we are professional cleaners, we are not miracle workers. Sometimes we are called in too late to correct any damage that has already been done to surfaces that were not taken care of in the past. Our crew members strive in making everything look as new as possible.

​

- We normally work in crews consisting of two or three professionally trained cleaning technicians. 

​

-It is our policy that our crew members do not smoke or eat in your business or surrounding property.

​

-We guarantee consistent quality cleaning services, should you find that there is a lack of cleaning please reach out so we can fix it. While we do not offer refunds on services that have been provided, we will return & re-clean any areas of concern that are reported to us within 24 hours of your cleaning.


- Due to insurance purposes we are unable to move furniture around, or climb anything higher than a 2 step
ladder, we apologize for the inconvenience. **This does not apply when the client hires JB Maintenance for work orders such as Pressure Cleaning, Window Cleanings & Air Vent Cleaning**

-In cases of extremely cluttered areas in your office, kitchen/ breakrooms, or any other cluttered spaces we reserve the right to use our discretion to skip those areas to avoid damaging items or hurting ourselves.

​

-Our Crew Members need to be able to work freely without distractions. Every effort is made to work safely and cautiously.

​

-Be advised that if we are subject to distractions that affect our ability to work in our normal fashion or speed we reserve the right to charge for our extra time spent inside your business. 


-We also ask that our staff not be exposed to uncomfortable working conditions such as no AC.


-For security reasons, our employees do not clean human or animal waste and body fluids including feces, urine, blood, vomit, spinal fluid, seminal fluid, and amniotic fluid.

Delays:

-Please remember, because of various problems that can happen during the day, such as traffic issues or South Florida Weather a crew member will notify our office staff and we will notify you if they will be running late or not able to make it.

​

-If your crew member is unable to work that day/evening. We will NOT replace that person with someone else to cover. You will be credited for that particular cleaning that was missed.

​

​

Payment Terms:

-JB Maintenance will always send your monthly invoice by email, and all clients are able to pay it NET 30 via check.


-Cash is not an accepted form of payment.

​

-Payments are NOT to be given to your crew member. All payments are to be mailed to our main office.


-If a check bounces we will call the client and any bank fees charged to JB Maintenance will then be applied to your following invoice.


-Any accounts with an outstanding balance older than 30 days will be handled in one of a few ways depending on the
situation. 


-Refunds are not offered however we are happy to correct any mistakes we made.  Any requests received by our office after that will be incorporated into your next scheduled cleaning.

Scheduling:

-We understand that there are changes in schedules in our busy lives. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or cancelled, we ask that our clients notify us two (2) days in advance. This gives us an opportunity to fill that spot and keep our employees working a full schedule.

​

Cancelations:

-For permanent cancellation of the cleaning service, we ask that the client notify us 30 days in advance VIA email or written Notice.

​

Vacations and Holidays:

JB Maintenance's office & cleaning crews do not work on New Year’s Eve & Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.


When entering into an agreement for services with JB Maintenance you agree not to solicit for hire any
staff member introduced to you by JB Maintenance for any services. If you are found to have
solicited one of our staff, please be advised that our referral/training fee is $2,500 payable to JB Maintenance immediately upon employing our staff for any services to your business. The employee will be terminated immediately from our employment as they will also be in breach of their own non-solicitation
agreement.


No representation or warranty made by any other person working for JB Maintenance expressed or implied other than the company owner – Diana Bullis & Tiffany Bullis, which is not specifically set forth herein, shall be binding upon JB Maintenance.

 

JB Maintenance reserves the right to re-evaluate rates and/or change the Service Agreement &/or policies at any time. 


JB Maintenance does not allow its employees to take any item(s) of any nature from a customer’s business without first having written permission for our office records. This is done for your protection as well as ours. Example: If you choose to give your cleaning staff something (a lamp for example) that you no longer need please protect them by also sending a note (dated and signed) to the office that states that you are giving them
the item to prevent our staff from receiving reprimands or being terminated. Please do not give them the item during work hours.


We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the Client. Any such modification will be effective immediately. Your continued use of our Services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
